- Free of any odors, stains, or damage.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as intimate wear, jewelry, and clearance items, are non-returnable. These items will be marked as “Final Sale” on the product page.
2. Return Process

We offer a pick-up facility for locations covered by our logistics partners. Our partner will pick up the return package within 2-5 business days from the date the request was placed.
If the reverse pick-up option is unavailable at your location, you may self-ship the products to us using a reliable courier service after raising a return request. Please ensure the products are unused, unwashed, and all tags are intact. We will reimburse the return courier charges.
How long does it take to get my refund?
The refund will be initiated within 48 hours of approval from the returns team and should reflect in your account within 3-5 working days.
Can I return some products from a bundle offer (e.g., Buy 2 and Get 1 Free, Buy 3 and Get 50% OFF) and still remain eligible for the offer?
