Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Timeframe: Items are eligible for return and refund if requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: To be eligible, the item must be:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
    • In its original packaging, including any boxes, dust bags, or other accessories.
    • Free of any odors, stains, or damage.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as intimate wear, jewelry, and clearance items, are non-returnable. These items will be marked as “Final Sale” on the product page.

2. Return Process

  • Step 2: Our support team will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
  • Step 3: Once you have received the return instructions, please send the item back to us within 7 days. The shipping cost for returns is borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.

3. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria.
  • Approval: If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. You will receive a notification email once the refund has been processed.
  • Refund Method:
    • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
    • Store Credit: Alternatively, you may choose to receive a refund in the form of store credit for future purchases.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above for a refund, and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping fees if applicable.

  • Late Returns: Items returned after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items with minor signs of wear).
